Born in NYC, Doc moved to New Orleans in 2006 and immediately began integrating the feel of New Orleans into his playing, Having studied briefly at Berklee College in Boston, then several years at Sandole Studios in Philly, Doc garnered years of experience playing in bands that covered jazz, blues, rock, country, fusion, as well as performing solo, playing jazz standards for weddings, etc.
